Tuition fees
UPDATE - On May 19th, 2026, the French government published Decree No. 2026-385 making the effective application of differentiated fees for enrolment of non-European students (in place since 2019) compulsory, as from academic year 2026-2027. A partial feewaiver of these had been applied by our university so far.

- Non- European students admitted at UBE in Master 1 prior to May 20, 2026 still benefit from the partial university tuition fee waiver scheme, and will be asked to pay the same university tuition fees as nationals of the European Union, EEA and Switzerland. The sum of the university tuition fees and the VIBOT programme specific fees gives the announced total amount of 1500€ to be paid).
- Students admitted as from May 20th, 2026 however fall under the decree and consequent application of the university tuition rate for non-European students. The university does its best to partially exempt this group of students from the differentiated university tuition fees, but needs to respect the government rules. Specific information is to be received from the university about this and will be shared with the students.
