This UBE registration form is ONLY to be used by the European nationals, and those non-European students who are eligible for the partial waiver of differentiated tuition fees this year. In particular those admitted before 20 May 2026.

Non-European students admitted as from 20 May 2026 and falling under the government decree of May 19th and to whom differentiated fees apply, a specific registration form needs to be filled out.
This form includes a partial feewaiver request section and will be sent directly by email to those students who are in this situation.
