Updated Application Process for the 2025 VIBOT Master’s Program

10/28/2024

Dear Applicants,

We are pleased to announce important updates to our online application platform and procedures for the VIBOT master’s program. Starting in January 2025, applications will be accessible through our website, VIBOT.org. This new timeline replaces our previous October/November application start date, but the submission deadline will remain similar to past years.

To simplify the process, registration with “Études en France” (Campus France) will now only be required after you have received a formal admission offer from us, along with an official admission letter. This change allows for a more streamlined and direct application experience.

From now until January, we encourage you to begin preparing your application materials. We will provide full details for the “Études en France” procedure in due time.

Decalogue for Communicating with the Coordination Team

10/19/2024

Our preferred method of communication with candidates, students, alumni, or anyone interested in our program is via email or messaging (such as emails, Facebook Messenger from our page, or the contact form on our website). This allows us to coordinate responses, prioritize requests, and organize our work without getting bogged down in a constant back-and-forth. To ensure smooth communication, please follow these simple rules:

  1. Don’t send the same question via both email and messenger. If the medium or recipient is incorrect, we will forward it or direct you to the right contact.
  2. Don’t send the same question to multiple recipients through different emails (use cc instead). As above, we’ll forward it if necessary.
  3. Don’t send frequent reminders. If you haven’t received a response after a week, feel free to follow up.
  4. Don’t request urgent responses unless absolutely necessary. If you need a response within 24 hours, it’s likely because the question was sent too late.
  5. Don’t contact staff through private or personal messaging apps. These are for personal use only.
  6. Don’t expect replies during weekends or holidays. It’s our time off.
  7. Don’t tell us how to organize our work. That’s our responsibility.
  8. Be polite and courteous. Mistakes may happen, but they’re made in good faith. Our role is to manage the program and teaching, not to act as a call center or administrative service.
  9. Don’t tell us what to do. If you knew, you wouldn’t need to ask.
  10. Read all documents carefully on the website and Students’ Zone before asking questions. They contain important information.

We may not guarantee a response or acknowledgement if these rules are ignored—not as a matter of principle, but to save time and prioritize those who follow them.

Thank you for your understanding. Wishing you all a great academic year!

Testimonial from Sandrine, a former Egyptian student at uBClass of 2015 – Master's in International Business Law
Thanks to the Eiffel program, I succeeded in integrating into France both professionally and personally. After the Eiffel scholarship, I continued my studies in France and I am now working as a legal expert in a company in Paris.
