VIBOT Applications 2026–2027 – Important Dates & Procedures

Dear Applicants,
    
We are pleased to share important updates regarding the application timeline and procedures for the VIBOT Master’s program (2026–2027 intake).
    
The online application platform eCandidat will officially open on January 13, 2026. Applications will be accessible through our website VIBOT.org, which will redirect you to the appropriate eCandidat portal. 
     
Please note that applications must be complete and submitted within the official deadlines, which depend on your citizenship:
     
– EU / EEA / Swiss candidates: January 13 – June 7, 2026
– Non-EU candidates: January 13 – March 15, 2026
     
To simplify administrative procedures, registration with Campus France (“Études en France”) is required only after you have received a formal admission offer from VIBOT, together with the official admission letter issued via eCandidat.
     
Until the platform opens, we strongly encourage you to prepare your application materials in advance (CV, motivation letter, academic transcripts, proof of English proficiency, ID/passport, and recommendation letters).
