I did not get the final complete transcript nor official degree of my bachelor. What should i provide for application process ?
Upload your latest transcript available and/or provisional certificate. The final transcript and official degree of the ongoing final Bachelor year can be submitted at a later stage, and will be required for student registration in case of programme admission. The Selection Committee may contact you for any complementary information, if required.
I already have a Master degree, can I still apply to the VIBOT programme ?

Is the vibot offering erasmus mundus scholarship ?
Not anymore. Our programme has reached the limit of 10 years of Erasmus Mundus award. We no longer offer a systematic scholarship campaign. We will contact candidates directly, depending on the funding obtained and their eligibility for such funding.
When is the deadline for programme application ?
Are the accommodation included in the registration fees ?
No. Search for student accommodation and payment of the rent (and related costs) are the student's responsibility. See also the Cost & Funding section.
French translation needed ?
At the application stage, translation of official documents, such as degrees and transcripts, are required in French or English. If you are selected, the university will ask documents in both French or English for your student registration.
What are the ECTS ?
This is an acronym for European Credit Transfert System and only used by students who have studied in Europe.

If i have already taught in english, do i need to provide any proof of level of competency in english ?
No. If you live in an English-speaking country, or if you have been taught at least one complete academic year in English, then an official letter from your Host University is sufficient. Just upload it instead of the TOEFL/TOEIC score or equivalent.
I see that the mAia Master programme edition doesn't open this year. is there any alternative english taught course ?
Yes. The VIBOT programme offers possibility to follow the Double Degree programme proposed by the UBE and University of Girona (Medical Imaging Computing). Apply through the VIBOT programme Master 1 through eCandidat platform.

The recommendation letters must be signed by the referees and contain the referee's contact details, so that our Selection Committee can contact them at a later stage for more information.

Can i have more information about le creusot campus ? do i have to live in dijon and travel to le creusot every day to attend classes ?
Le Creusot campus is the second largest campus of the Université Bourgogne Europe. It is home to an IUT (Technological University Institute) and the Condorcet University Centre. Our Robotics Department which covers Polytech Dijon engineering school and VIBOT international Master programmes, are located in the Hub&Go Technopolitain building which also hosts the ImViA laboratory.

The Selection team will refuse your document which allow you to upload the new document. You will receive a notification of refusal. Regularly check your mailbox and eCandidat account.

If you haven't confirmed your application submission, you can change it yourself. After confirmation of submission, the team will make the modification.

i only have one name which covers "family name" and "given name". how should i fill out these fields in ecandidat ?
Candidates should fill out the "family name" and "given name" fields as mentioned in the passport. If you only have one name, you're asked to put it in both fields.

Confidentials submission of letters of recommendation can be done directly by your referees through [email protected] , to the attention of the Selection Committee, specifying your Family Name and Given Name(s), and the reference number of your application file.

Uploading of several documents (such as transcripts, letters of recommendation...) you're invited to merge them into a single PDF file and upload this merged document in the relevant document section.

The VIBOT - Computer Vision Master's program (English taught) is designed as a comprehensive two-year program (M1 and M2), covering fundamentals and advanced skills.Despite the quality of other academic background, direct admission to M2 will not be possible, as this would mean missing out on certain fundamentals that are essential to the coherence and success of the program.
We understand that other types of degrees and solid background are assets, but in order to ensure that students acquire all the skills and knowledge required by the program, admission is only possible in the first year.

why am i on the complementary list ?
A large number of solid applications are received every year. The Selection Committee examines, evaluates and ranks applications following the selection rules.
If you are on the Complementary List (= Reserve List), this means that other applications have been ranked before you. This doesn't mean that your application isn't strong.

The Double Degree MIC is fall under the VIBOT Master programme. If your application doesn't meet the VIBOT Master selection criterias, this indeed automatically applies to the MIC Double Degree path too.
